Anyone going to be in NYC this week for the Big Smoke? I'll be hanging at Cigar Inn but not doing Big Smoke.

J you doin vegas in march i think it is? Do you go to the shack?
Never done shack, but yeah think I will hit up Vegas in March. How was the Quai Superior? I've only had Quai coronas.

They are not really good until they're at least 2-3 years old, but after that it's a spectacular morning/afternoon cigar, great construction to boot. Tea and cream is what comes to my head when I think of them.

EDIT: Sorry, was thinking of Imperiales...

Jet, I had a fresh BBF about two weeks ago also and thought it was very good. It's like a BCG but without having to wait for it to hit full boost until half a stick in smile.gif If you want to stock up on some let me know, I'd be down for like two boxes.

Cool maybe I'll see you there. The superior was light but very flavorful and unique. Have only had a couple of aged coronas but can't say it tasted the same. If I wasn't coppin shit I'd get a box, I have one more to try.

Tom, had one of the last bbfs from my box and it surprised me. Pretty big flavor but they always fizzle in the last third maybe the age?

Hmm, I've only had one so far. Perhaps I need to try a couple more... Ordered a few boxes of half coronas, let's see what the fuss is all about smile.gif

Montecristo #3. Any good?

SHIT!  Go with a Kristoff Corojo or a Fuente Opus X.  You really can't go wrong.  It depends on how strong you like your cigar.  If you like the light smoke look for a good connecticut wrapper.  If you want a dark smoke look for a maduro wrapper.   There are 9 primes of the tobacco leaf.  The two I ahve mentioned are the lightest and darkest with 7 in between.   Try a few, but don't fuck with Montecristo.

Sure, you told someone to forgo a very underrated corona in favor of either a Kristoff, which are terrible, or a super-expensive cigar that smokes poorly fresh. Furthermore, you claim that Opus are the darkest cigars (a 9 or whatever) you can buy and that something with a corojo wrapper is the lightest. Both of those statements are patently incorrect. So in short, "LOLwat?"
