thanks - would an encrease in temperature or a decrease trigger the beatles? I thought it was just an issue of exposure, and I couldn't think how I could have gotten the beattles, I haven't added a new cigar to the humidor in months. the weather in chicago has shot up, so the temperature of my humidor has shot up in the past month, I am not sure what else could have happened

Increase. Anything above 74 degrees and beetles can hatch. Below that is safer, the reasonably lower (anywhere from 60 - 70 degrees) is optimal.

Jamie, those look awesome, enjoy! You must have a very good connection, I'm jealous.

Been enjoying HU46s with various rums and Sierra Nevada cans since my return from Maui. About ready to order another cab. Don't like to wait to long to smoke 'em. I only keep about 125 sticks on hand. Right now I've got about 10-15 each of SigII, SigI, Pshorts, HU46 and a few TriniReyes. Can't seem to get off my arse and convert my wineorator, so keeping them for more than a year or so is kinda' out. I'm up for something different, but prefer the smaller vitolas. Recs on sticks that are smoking good now, or pretty quickly??? Thanks!

Another good short cigar is the RASSC. Can be hard to find sometimes, but I have had a few '10's and they are quite tasty.

Also, the newish Upmann Half-Corona is actually a great smoke also. Packs a good punch for 30min.

These are the ones from Drew?

By Drew I am guessing you mean Mercer Cigars Drew?

He's a douche, wasn't he trying to peddle "handsome Jimmy" customs at one point? I would never buy cigars from him.

Nice, I love Eagle Rare. PC? Or Coronas Extra/corona?

Had an underwhelming Juan Lopez #4, an okay Bolivar DC from the middle east.

Yea, that is the guy. I picked up a few of his Robiana customs few years back and they were good smokes but not Cuban IMO. Never tried the "handsome Jimmy" line, don't think many did after Drew's Robiana charade. BTW I see you have the P1 jar. I have run through half my P1 jar but I am still sitting on my Upmann Noellas. Anybody tried a Noella yet?

Thankfully these have zero connection to any of that, in that they are purported to be real and come from a vouchsafed series of people. Very interesting taste.
