temperature needs to be room temp. sweet spot is 60-70F. Anything over 70F and things could get messy.
humidity is controlled by the beads. with beads in particular, you spray them with distilled water until the are moist and it controls the humidity. if the air is drier, the beads release water and vice versa. it's simple and cheap. i spritz the beads when needed and it's not often. my desktop humidor requires it maybe once a month and my wine fridge turned humidor every 2-3 months.
