gdl, sounds like your body adapted to your routine. it's probably doing you good, just not AS good as it can...time to change your routine to shock your body again. I just can't accept that I had a good workout if I'm not sore. When that happens, to me at least, it seems it's gone from really pushing myself to improve to just going through the motions. muscle memory
