Bostonians Vs Johnston and Murphy - Page 3

FWIW, last year I bought a brand new pair of JM black captoe Aristocraft (their "top of the line") on eBay for around $40 including shipping. It's not in the same league with my chili Grenson Masterpiece captoes, but for the price, it's far more than just a serviceable shoe. Here's the JM link: http://www.johnstonmurphy.com/catalo...LOID=22178&S=1

surry, but what is bennies?
Only the best place to get service, haha, toot toot, is that my horn I hear...what is Bennie's...we are a small company in Atlanta that tries to cater to the better professional and still offer that regular guy something for business or fashionable footwear..and at reasonable prices as well...

I thought Chris said it would be mid December/early January?
I will have further updates on the new Grenson shipment by months end....or at least hope to.

LOL..   If you had joined the forum 2 months ago, you'd have a closet full of shoes from Bennies. Bennies is a store in Georgia that sells shoes.  Many have compared it to heaven in fact, due to the large selection of bargain shoes that used to be sold for obscene prices for Paul Stuart.
Heaven is a pretty strong word...but thanks. If you cannot wait for the Grensons to arrive early next year, I can tell you the Bostonian Ritz is maybe the finest shoe they have produced in 10 years, I highly recommend it for the budget conscience person, on the other hand, the Allen Edmond Park Avenue is the best for the money one can buy coming from USA, although comparing the Grenson shoe for less than $200 is a much better buy, if grenson was out of the picture, I would highly recommend buying the AE from me for $242.50 and free shipping. Just call me or use the ae15 code on our web site. I would be more than happy to answer any questions from anyone, and always happy to talk to anyone that calls.
