If you listed all the violations, just say "all violations of the defendant [are/ as follows/ include]." I don't know why you'd want to tell a judge it's an exhaustive list, but that's your issue. While there is no need to overuse it, synergy is a very useful term to describe how corporate diversification allows firms to save $ or achieve economies of scope. What other synonym would you use to explain this concept of a whole being worth more than the sum of its parts?
