How do you (in general YOU, not YOU EL72) find a nanny? I would imagine that it'd be terribly difficult to go to work everyday leaving your child(ren) with someone you didn't know and placing your trust in them. Are there agencies for that kinda thing?
Yes, there are agencies, or you can put ads in the paper or on websites. You interview them, check references, get to know them, train them, keep an eye on them initially (drop by unannounced; we didn't do the nannycam thing) and learn to trust your gut about people. Our current nanny has been with us 2.5 yrs (she lives in the same house too) and she is almost like family. She loves my kids and they love her back. I trust her completely with my kids.
