Diesel cut?

Each Diesel model has a different cut. Check the website, go to the section for denim, then there should be an overview of all the different models. There is a small description that describes the cut. Overall, Diesel jeans seem to be cut on the slim side, though there are a few models (I think Macrowill is one) that is cut fuller. I'm not sure which jeans they currently sell this season, but the X-Rotuck, Jeeves, and Zathan are very slim cut, the Rabox is a semi-slim cut. They also make a 'Kuratt' model, which seems to be a regular cut, though still on the slim side.

H_R, For some reason I thought you said you had a pair of Roody's right now that didn't fit, and you were looking to replace them with another model. I have a booklet of Diesel jeans styles that I got from a store a year or two ago. The Roody is in there. It says 'medium low rise, zip fly, bootcut leg'. On the model, it looks like they have a slimmer fit on the thigh and a looser fit at the bottom (like any other bootcut jean). If you were asking what numerical size to buy, here's my input. I find diesel jeans to fit a bit larger in the waist. I have two pairs of Rabox in 31 Waist and a pair of X-Rotuck in a 30 Waist. Normally I take a 31, and the Diesel 31 fits more like a 32. The X-Rotuck seems to fit like a 31 in the waist. I'd recommend NOT going down a size, however, because then the thighs might be a bit too tight.

Yeah, a 29 should work out fine.
