NWT Borrelli dress shirts 15.5 (39cm)

For sale: a beautiful "Italian-cut" Borrelli shirt. A rare treat. What gives them away as the "Italian-cut" as opposed to an "American" are the a) true fitting collar, b) slim cut throughout the body, c) ultra-high armholes, and d) slim fitting cuffs. If you've owned both, you understand exactly what I mean. If you haven't had the pleasure, this is the slimmer, more fitted version. Here's your chance to own a perfect specimen. Features a button down collar, medium spread. As many would attest, nobody does a button down collar better than Borrelli. The thing rolls perfectly, it's truly a thing of beauty. Made of 100% cotton, light weight twill. The pics don't do this shirt justice, the sheen on this cotton is amazing, bright snow white. Barrel cuff. Breast pocket. Extra-thick buttons, tons of handiwork. Measurements: Shoulder 20" Sleeve 36.25" Chest 45" I'm asking $130, plus shipping. Please PM if interested.

As I learned when I tried on shirts with Ian Daniels, American Borrelli's tend to run big in the neck. I'm generally a 15.75", but an American 15" Borrelli was still to big for me. This shirt is a size 15.5" and measures 16", thus fits true in the neck...Perfect for someone who's physical neck measurement is 15.5". In my experience, an "American" Borrelli would run about .375 larger.

thanks...so if i have a 15 neck and like my collars a little loose, a 15.5 borrelli will be too large?

If you plan on wearing it with a tie, I'd say that it was too large. But then again, I like my collars very fitted. If you don't plan on wearing this shirt with a tie, the neck measurement is less of an issue. Best thing to do would be to measure a shirt that fits you well, and compare it to the measurements given. Thanks for you interest. Please let me know if I can answer any more questions.
