Thanks, I will do that tomorrow. I found more serious menswear in Milan (not to mention some excellent style on the street); it seems more "fashion" type stores here. (This is my first visit to the country.) Milan was like a mecca with every serious brand having a storefront in one small area.

Thanks! I'm not trying to mimic him, though... mine are candids. I don't think anyone above was aware I was taking the photo (from the hip). And they're not such epitomes of style as I'm more after lifestyle shots rather than those putting effort into their dress. I missed taking shots of much more well dressed people simply for lack of a good photo opportunity or an uninteresting background.

Great photos.
I always marvel at how in many parts of Europe most people on the street seem to look great, regardless of age. Maybe it's because of a lot of oversized and unflattering clothing I see on folks here in the US, but I'm always taken by how most people seem to be dressed well in various parts of Europe. I'll be back there in a month and look forward to observing people on the street.

I think it's because people in Europe take more care with their appearance and are willing to spend more on clothes than your average American. Also, I think there are generally stricter dress codes (unspoken or otherwise) in the workplace.
Great photos, though. I like the spontaneity...

IMO it is more a fit issue than a cash issue.
