I thought it would be interesting to see what people rate themselves looks wise out of 10. so put a number and then write the reason you feel that way.

i think it'd be superficial to rate oneself on looks alone, so i'll just rate myself as a whole.

I'd give myself a 10.

Explanation: My life is miserable most of the time, but i'm a firm believer that the best self help book is constantly telling yourself you are the **** until you believe it. At this point i'm so far deep i wouldn't be Brad Pitt if someone offered me the chance to switch places.

I was a 10 until I met my wife. Now, I don't give a **** so I've probably dropped down to like an 8.

"Life just ain't life without me"

it's easily misinterpreted as a huge ego (which it often is, perhaps correctly so) but what good does it do if one has no faith in themselves and sees themselves as an insignificant ant? One fundamental human desire is the need to feel important, so why not start with making yourself important in your own life?

7/10

mostly because i'm 15/20 lbs overweight (i have broad shoulders so i carry it as well as 20 extra lbs can be carried aside from a backpack), and i'm losing my hair a little bit

I also think listening to a lot of hip hop helps. Before I discovered hip hop I had the worst self esteem issues and was the biggest social outcast/nerd in school history. I probably still do but it's nowadays covered by a huge mask of confidence.

At 37, nude, in a random picture? 5/10.

At 20, nude, in a random picture? 9/10.

In my element, today, dressed how I like to, driving what I do, knowing who I know at the hot spots, the crowd I mix with, the way I like to roll? 10/10.

If I were to include every aspect of myself, I would give me a 6. Looks alone, I could probably slim down a bit, but, I'm pretty cute regardless. So, to that I give an 8.

This thread is silly.

It's not faking it.

We become what we think about.
