Saw a version of the moto boot in MF last week--at that time, they were hoping to keep it under 1 g. The leather is very high quality and because it is lined with another layer inside, seems especially thick. There are also great stitching details on it. Because they are specially made in limited runs, at less than 1g, they would not make much so I'm not surprised at the new price point. The version on display, however, had leather soles, which would disqualify them for me for riding as I prefer soles that can handle more slick, especially oil, but I guess you can get a cobler to add that, which would add to the price. Besides that and maybe sizing, its hard to not love these.

Updates on the SExT11? Last I heard, December 15th. Any updated pics? price?

Some evo pics from my 7161s. They have about 25 days of wear on them (no washes), and fading is just starting to come through. The Hawaii denim seems to fade a little more quickly than the oki denim. A tiny bit of fading along the edges of the cargo pocket A little fading along the edge of the fly, but I just noticed that the inner button placket is Edo Ai. Speaking of Edo Ai, the cinch is starting to fade. The most pronounced fading is on the Hawaii denim anywhere on the lap. This is the front of the left pocket.
