Turkey Sausage: stronger than regular sausage?

I ask this because, a recent intake of turkey sausages has caused my stomach to run ,riot.

This does not happen with the sausage of ,James Dean.

Blame the sausage, not the turkey.

I think you mean Jimmy Dean sausage which in my opinion makes very good qualitity sausage products.
