We are going to be doing a large set of GMTO's of Rider Boot for Styleforum preorders for the spring season.  Just a teaser: Mahogany shell:

It will be in a few weeks - I need to edit photos and lock up pricing, and I'm on vacation next week, so after that.

Would be great if you didn't limit it to cordovan, Ron gets his hands on some really neat leather.

There are a total of 12 different makeups that Ron and I came up with.  There are 2 cordovan models.  There some some very cool suede/calf models - my personal favorite being a blue repello/blue calf model, and also a suede and pebble grain model.

We can do ANY of them.  If they are done as a GMTO, the price will be better than if someone decides to do the individual MTO, but we decided to allow both, in order that people can get exactly what they want.

Hope that makes you all very happy!

Cheers,

Fok.

Anyone have thoughts on the Sassetti X RBC Bloch or the Clement?

Sizing advice for the SS1 last. I'm an 10.5E or 11D Alden Barrie.

Horween Unglazed Natural Shell Cordovan Dundalks

Compared to a full shell of glazed natural shell as well so you can see the difference:

Here is a review and some thoughts on sizing from /r/goodyearwelt. He mentions sizing down 1 size from US Brannock but the site doesn't mention anything about that. I'd send an email to Ron for sure to confirm sizing (riderboot (at) gmail.com).

Otherwise I've been tempted a couple times to pick them up. It's a solid price for a lot of boot.
