Nasal drip

I suffer from nasal drip and was curious if anyone else has this problem?

Im constantly coughing, and trying to hack up mucous that feels like it is collecting at the back of my throat. I cant stop doing it because it then starts to feel like the buildup is choaking me

Im still on a waistlist to see my family doctor, but has anyone had any procedures done to lessen or get rid of symptoms?

google jala neti and consider doing it. it looks a lot worse than it is, it's actually a pleasurable experience.

I agree 100%!

I had chronic sinus problems for years. Every few months, I'd have to get prescription decongestants and antibiotics from a doctor. Then I started doing a saline nasal cleanse every two days or so. Ever since, I've had almost no respiratory problems to speak of - just the basic cold virus every now and then. I really can't recommend it enough.

Yeah, it completely cleared up my chronic sinusitis and kept me from having to get surgery for my deviated septum. Neti rocks!
