IMO the point of dressing well is to attract attention to the wearer himself rather than to the item of clothing
I have a pair of double identity ones whose silhouette i really like. Slim white leather.
chucks are the best. for Lanvins i prefer the shape, subtlety and design of the low tops, the high tops are too affected...i've yet to see someone look good in those, even though the shoe may look good on its own. IMO the point of dressing well is to attract attention to the wearer himself rather than to the item of clothing, but the Lanvin his drown all that out and all i can focus on is the damn shoe.
