How to sell in Buying/Selling forum?

Bit of a N00B question here. I have been lurking around this forum for a while now, picking up sizing advice, etc. Are there restrictions regarding posting new threads in the Buying/Selling forums? I recently purchased a pair of KMW 1980 in black from Context (great denim) but unfortunately the waist is one size too large for my liking (31 x 32) since they stretch a bit and I am losing my "winter coat". So I was hoping to post them up and let my disappointment be another's gain - monetarily.

Sorry if this post seems "spammy" as I am indirectly putting a FS in this thread.

it is spam, and the restrictions were put in place to prevent people like you from registering just to post in the buy/sell

good start would be to read http://www.styleforum.net/showthread.php?t=8987 And if you have been lurking, you must have seen the posts: pretty much just put it in with a good description, pictures and a price, and wait for a pm (hopefully....)

I did not necessarily say that I would not particparte/engage in forum discussion. Just asking as I can not seem to find any FAQ's or other information on the matter.

Thanks for the tip aragon. I have read through this thread, but was perturbed as to why I could not start a new thread of my own under the actual Buying/Selling forum. I am not necessarily opposed to throwing up infor within my signature or anything.

okay so ive read some of the rules and want to respect them,BUT i still dont get it maybe im an idiot lol.so lets say i have 4 Sportcoats to sell (all different sizes) do i post it under one thread or can i make a separate post for each one or is that breach of protocol?im a new member so i know i gotta wait for 45 days but still would like some clarification.

Post it under one thread and try to be as descriptive as possible in the title like "4 Sportcoats sizes 36-44 Dries Brioni"...whatever you can fit in the title.
