Most often I have a beer batter crust, white garlic sauce, large, but thin sliced pepperoni, black olives, bacon, and cashews with mozzarella.

Another favorite here in Jersey is Queen Pizza in Newark.

Every now and then I also like to have those huge slices down the shore, but those are more a novelty than actual good pizza (though, they're usually not bad and definitely better than Dominos, Pizza Hut, California Pizza Kitchen, etc.).

Atlantic Street Pizza in Seattle. Thick, heavy, and the sauce is quite good (I'm usually a easy-on-the-sauce-type of guy.

Unfortunately, the owner died a few years back and thei main location closed down. They still have a smaller outlet downtown but it caters to the office workers and isn't even open on the weekends. They have a greatly limited menu, also.

For some reason I keep going back to Mariella on 16th st and 3rd ave for sicilian, though I am a thick ight crust fan.

It's been said before, but Zachary's is almost closer to lasagne than pizza. Not that that's a bad thing. Vito's in LA is good for a commercial pizza joint. I used to really like Lamp Post pizza in LA (a couple of locations in the South Bay, I'm not sure where else) but have not eaten there in years.

St. Louis - Imo's
San Diego - Bronx Pizza (as close to NY style pizza as it gets on the west coast)

Can anyone recommend good pizza in DC/MD area? I would say that Ledo's is ok but I find it too greasy and sweet for me.
