I start pretty much every day with:

Multi vitamin
Protein shake
Kashi cereal
Blueberries

And end with some cottage cheese before bed.

Actually a lot of what I have during the day is pretty much the same day to day as well, especially during the work week. I need to work on introducing some more variety.
