Per day: ascorbic acid (vitamin c) - 3 grams / day MSM - 3 grams / day lysine - 3 grams / day vitamin D - 1,000 IU / day spirulina/chlorella - 3 - 5 grams / day homemade zma: magnesium citrate - 5 grams at night zinc - 50mg picolinate at night b6 - ~10 - 12 mg at night green tea (several cups) oatmeal - 1 serving raw almonds - 1 serving

One of the following, every morning:
- orange juice
- orange-strawberry blend
- mango nectar.

Company bandwidth watching Youtube videos.

I live next door to whole foods in alexandria so i just tend to not have too much food in my apartment but rather just go over every day and see what they've got.

I almost always have some sort of cereal every day (right now i'm eating nature's path heritage bites)

I usually get one of those superfood fruit drinks as well (either odwalla, naked or that 3rd brand that whole foods has).

beyond that, i mix it up. i probably eat way too much restaurant food - mostly the cheap sitdown places in old town alexandria that are in the $7 to $15 dollar entree or sandwich range.

1 cup of coffee, as coffee makes me feel relaxed and alert whenever I have a deadline to finish...
