Things you consume at least one of per day

I'm wondering if there's anything you eat at least once per day, religiously, aside from the norm (a serving of fruit, a protein (chicken, fish) 80 oz of water). Regardless of your daily calorie consumption, is there anything you make sure to eat everyday? For example, I make sure that I have at least...

1 banana

1 cup of Light yogurt

1 Protein drink (35 grams, 2 grams carbs)

I can't remember where I read them, probably some spam e-mails, but I read tha one banana a day does wonders for your something-or-another. The same with the one serving of yogurt.

Any more daily servings that you would recommend?

I start each day with Kashi lean cereal cause it has plenty of protein and a great source of fiber, just cause it works for me, not cause something told me.

But there are so many little things that are supposedly great for you if you have it 'x many times per day, or once a day or yada yada' - a study for pretty much any food or drink. I prefer to just eat well overall instead of making sure to have certain things each day.
