I've noticed some subtle signs of aging on my face (minor blemishes, sun marks, wrinkles) and am looking to get some expert advice on how to change up my skin care regimen before things get out of control. I've been doing to recommended facial skin care (cleanse, tone, moisture, sunscreen when outdoors, etc...) and eat a pretty healthy diet. Nevertheless, the signs of aging are beginning to show.

I've never seen a dermatologist before but could use some advice because frankly, there is just a ton of info out and I really don't want to be wasting my money buying products that aren't going to do any good.

Any thoughts if my concerns warrant a visit to a dermatologist or am I just being overly self-conscious? Any recommendations on how to go about seeking a good dermatologist? (I live in the DC area)

Thanks
