Music is mostly subjective. A majority of people disagree with you though, so perhaps your taste in music sucks?

The only thing he has going for him is his intensity. Then again, autistic kids beating their heads on walls have that same intensity and I don't like to see or hear that much either.

10 years ago, I don't think any self-respecting indie kid would admit to listening to Springsteen. Maybe Nebraska.

I was kind of born into it, being that my mom's from South Orange. Probably "Greetings from Asbury Park," although that kind of implies it was all downhill from there.

If Born to Run only had Thunder Road and Jungleland on it, it would still be my favorite of his, and one of my all-time favorites.

Okay, if it only had Thunder Road and Disco Duck on it it would still be my favorite.

I have the Classic Records lp reissue for you lp fans

Off-topic, I've been listening to his newest and I'm not very happy with it just yet. There's one song that is okay, but...

The wild, the innocent & the e-street shuffle.

Incident on 57th Steet and Rosalita will always define Springsteen for me.

Darkness comes in a close second.
