I don't know what's up with me and random cufflinks, but could use a bit of help, again. All I know is that they are made of silver, and that they retailed anywhere between $225 and $350. Name That Link.

Those are really cool. I don't have a clue where they're from (other than Nieman Marcus?) but I like them a lot.

Thanks for the compliment J. *bump* Nobody knows? I thought the 'Moon Star' trademark would be a dead giveaway.

They look sort of like John Hardy cufflinks (which I know are sold at NM), but I couldn't find them on the web site, although there are some kind of similar looking ones on Page 2.

I second John Hardy. Especially since they were bought at NM.

When purchasing cufflinks, don't forget to consider vintage ones. For $225, you can buy a LOT better quality sterling ones. And they hold their value much better than purchasing new (even when on sale).

LOL, for some reason, I knew you were going to reply with this. Thanks for the tip. Although purchasing vintage cufflinks definitely appeals to me, I have trouble finding quality vintage cufflinks. Browsing through the piles of junk online takes too much time, and I haven't seen too many in local stores. btw, these cost me less than $70.

I emailed John Hardy...his representative says that they're not his. Any other ideas?

They are kisselstein-cord, made by barry kisselstein-cord. If you look very closely on inside you can make out kisselstein-cord in tiny letters (magnifying glass would help). I have a pair that are t-rex's--very cool. You are correct, they retail for $300+ Good buy.

Ahhh, thank you very much. I actually used a magnifying glass, but the writing is so dang small I couldn't make anything out (except the silver 925 mark). Thanks again.

No prob. BTW, the giveaway is the crescent moon & star on reverse side, which is a signature of his links. A little hippy-ish perhaps, but I think it's kinda cool. Enjoy them.
