My favorite beef jerky in America is made in Paris, Kentucky by the Mingua Brothers. I used to get this stuff when I was working in Lexington. It's amazing.

Most grass fed beef sold in the US is corn finished and none of it is dry aged. Waste of cow. The best beef we produce is still corn-fed, prime, dry aged beef, like this:
