Four weeks to look good - Page 3

to tell you the truth if you want to look good, it will take more than a month or even 2, 3 months. The only thing you can accomplish in a month is losing weight. But since you are 145 lbs at 5'8, i dont think you need to lose any more weight because you are already small enough. If you still want to try to look good, you can start changing your diet, it is the most important thing. Try to take in no more than 2000 calories a day and eat lots high protein and low fat food. Eat 4-6 times a day but only intake a small portion at a time so your body can digest it before the next meal. Workout wise, you need to hit the gym 5 days a week since you have so little time. Each day at the gym focus something different. Like monday is chest and triceps, tuesday is biceps and back, wed is legs and cardio, etc.

Ha hah ha. Seriously.

Not to mention that 1.5 hours of intense cardio mixed with only 1200 calories a day is likely to give an average sized male severe malnutrition.

i would really recommend against the long intense cardio sessions. im a competitive distance runner, and that shit gives me a monstrous appetite

You could try a crash diet designed for body builders / models that need to cut in time for special events. 'Rapid fat loss handbook' Is worth a look. As well as an EC stack. I also recommend grabbing some ketone strips from the drugstore (ketostix is what i found) to test urine for levels of ketosis, you want it at light to moderate.

That is a terrible idea. That is the basal metabolic rate for a 100 pound human being. If someone is doing cardio with that many calories in one day they will look like a starving Somali child.

How about interval training (to keep it simple, a bike ride that alternates 2 minutes of real work with 1 minute of semi-coasting)?

Interval cardio is great. Can really kickstart the metabolism. Take a look at HIIT cardio.
