Speeding Up Metabolism Question

In addition to exercise and eating properly through the day, do any of those supplements (Hydroxycut, etc.) assist in speeding up your metabolism at all? Does anyone have a product they could recommend or do they not really work on any level to increase your metabolism?

Thank you.

There are no magic pills. Man up and do the work.

Reputedly the best product for this (from countless sources), is Metabolic Drive by Biotest. But it's expensive which is what put me off. A much better way to boost metabolism naturally is to eat 5 or 6 times a day, no more than 3 hours apart. Couple that with a few 20-minute HIIT sessions in the MORNINGS each week and you'll find your metabolism will shoot up in no time. Worked for me.

Metabolic drive is just protein, no different than eating 26g of chicken.

Really though the only way to speed up your metabolism is to both do more exercise and eat more.

I guess reading isn't one of your top skills. I said IN ADDITION to working out and eating properly. I never said that I am looking for a magic pill, but there are products that assist in the process if even a bit.

Take some Green Tea supplements and eat smaller meals more often. Also exercise and cut out excess sugar and processed foods.

Right you're looking to make it easier. If I recall from your last thread you were completely incapable of holding yourself accountable.

Weight loss is easy. Man the fuck up.

I am not looking to make it easier in the sense that I don't have to do any work or have the belief that I can take a pill and sit on my ass, but if something can assist in the process - why not use it? Even if it's something natural like green tea as suggested above.

Supplements have been used by everyone across the board from people that just want a little edge to their weight loss to gym fanatics that want better body results to personal trainers and other experts in the diet/exercise industry to high profile actors that prepare for a role that requires their body to be perfect. Why should anyone care what you have to say?

You would be better off either ignoring this thread or suggesting something that could be potentially helpful as opposed to being a jackass.
