Does anyone have any advice for someone looking for RTW shirts on a budget?

For example, is the H&H 3 for 100 deal still on? Is there anywhere else I should be thinking of visiting?

"Proper" Sales in London begin end of June and right after Christmas.

However, there are a number of retailers on Jermyn Street who have Perma-Sales. Their "Late-Winter-Sale" is followed by the "Easter-Sale" and the by the "Wonderful-May-Sale" etc. As a matter of fact, you are never able to buy their merchandise at the official "full price".

Hawes & Curtis, Charles Tyrwhitt and T M Lewin are members of that particular club.

Tyrwhitt, Lewin, etc are always (and I mean always) doing a 4 for 100 deal.

Some dispute whether they truly rep Jermyn St anymore though

Harvie and Hudson still has a deal whereby if you purchase three or more shirts, each shirt only costs GBP33.

For the money, I think that H&H shirts are excellent value.

Hilditch and Key (H&K) has a "sale by mail" once per year.
I believe that the next one is coming up in June or July.
If you sign up on their website, they will send you a catalogue.
You can also purchase shirts from their website, but the range is very, very limited.

As others have noted, places like Charles Tyrwhitt (CT), TM Lewin and a few others effectively have permanent sales of one variety or another. It would be exceptionally rare if you ever had to pay "full price" for one of their shirts.
However, whilst the shirts are cheap, they are inferior to H&H, H&K etc. The materials tend to be less fine, the collars tend to be stiffer, and patterns are usually not as well matched.
However, I've found CT to make perfectly satisfactory shirts for the price that they charge - mine are still going strong after a few years with no problems whatsoever.

Of the three pseudo-Jermyn street producers, I'd warmly recommed H&C

If you're willing to wander away from Jermyn St, the Hilditch and Key on Sloane St is closing down and they currently have many shirts and other items on clearance.
