I'll be using it this week, so make sure everybody's on their game, Jetblast. If everything doesn't go smoothly, you know who I'm going to blame!

I'll see what I can do, lol. If you're using Concourse B look for me.

Not yet, I don't really know how to recognize anyone. We need an SF official pocket square or something.

It is very likely. I have seen some very impeccably dressed folks around the airport, maybe I'll flash an SF gang sign or say something like "Vaclav" out loud and see if they notice.

"Does ernest wear brown?" was one proposed password.

One sure sign of an SF member surely must be the well polished shoes, and the care to avoid inadvertant steppage by other airport slobs.

My condolences. Reagan National is much, much better than Dulles (closer to the city, metrorail accessible, quicker security check, shorter distance from check-in to gate) but Dulles seems to be the only choice if you're flying from the West Coast.

Or from Freedom. Duh.

A friend of mine calls Dulles "the International Airport of Dumbness". Mostly he cites the moon buggies which no one else uses, and IAD has to maintain unique parts for them. Sorry JB --- it's one of my least favorite airports.

The Saarinen design is pretty cool. But airports have pretty much become big bus stations for what has become a humiliating 35,000 foot high bus ride, although some have branches of Zilli.

"Brown is for Farmer" is better.

Please don't think we like the things either, they were outdated in the 1970s. The new subway system being constructed will take care of that. Personally my favorite part of the airport is the Saarinen terminal. It's just something that brings a real uniqueness to the airport as a whole.

Also for anyone who is interested, the airport is undergoing a bunch of renovations and improvements that can be viewed here:
