Opinions on fit please

I recently picked up this PS suit off another member. I have yet to alter it, was going to take it next weekend. Just wanted some thoughts on what needs changed. Obviously, the tailor's opinion will also be important but just looking for some ideas before I walk in. Unfortunately, all pictures are taken by me so the angle isn't always the best.

Also, I tend to stick with charcoal and navy with suits. What color shirts can one wear with a suit pattern such as this? I think of this as more of a summer suit, would you agree?

Beautiful suit and unless it is very light material, it does not look like a summer suit to me. There are few oxford shirts that will not go with that suit.

Thanks, really do like the material myself.
Mishon, could you explain further? Is the pant too tight? Too big meaning length? Or in the body overall? Is it something that can be fixed or not worth the effort?

I think he means the cut. It is not straight and looks bulky.

The pants look bulky at the bottom as was previously mentioned. Also, the seat look too tight. The shoulders have a nice fit imo, but the arms are a bit wide and you need the sides of the jacket taken in.

The angle of the pics doesn't help. But it does appear that the pants seat looks too tight and the jacket too big.

By the pants being bulky, do you mean the leg is too wide? Point taken on the seat.
How about the length of the jacket? Is that too long? Is this worth altering or better off just selling/giving it away? If its worth altering, any recommendations in Chicago?

Thanks, I'll take it to my tailor for her thoughts. I got this for under $300 so if its possible to save it, I'd like to give it a shot. I wonder if the pictures and my angle also made the jacket look bigger than it is. I was just measuring it with a suit that fits me perfectly and its pretty close, just slightly bigger.
