She also couldn't tell me about any of the stylistic options beyond the ones they have on their website or whether or not they had any sort of house style. She said "It's custom so you can do whatever you want!" Needless to say I was underwhelmed.

I'm not recommending them, you understand. He said that his shirt was too blousy and I said that that was highly fixable. It is. If I had a shirt I had paid $200 for and wasn't happy with, I'd spend a little time with them trying to get it right, that's all. For all their faults (and they have many), in my experience, they will at least try to make you happy.

The first shirt I had made by them was too full in both the body and the sleeves and too long in the arms. They fixed it and corrected my pattern. From then on the shirts came back slimmer and with the sleeves the right length. Given that their workshop is in Hong Kong, with all the attendant hassle of shipping back and forth, I came away with the impression that they were likely to make the first one just a bit big and then fix it, to keep from wasting shirts.

I didn't stop using them because they couldn't make shirts, I stopped for other reasons.

All of your other criticisms of them are spot-on, IMO.

Sorry, wasn't trying to imply anything about you/them. Just stating and providing my review.

If the shirts anyway come from Hong Kong, might as well do it yourself online for less

Haha, I saw it, but I'm not going to be in Dallas this summer and I'd probably be half of everyone's age.

Jenny208, you are troll. All of your posts are for the purposes of plugging Custom Men. This makes me:
1) Not want to use them because they can't generate positive word of mouth honestly
2) Ask for your banning

There are plenty of SF members who also operate fashion related businesses, but they offer expert opinions and try not to be biased and let conflict of interests get in the way. You do neither.
