Definitely not. Their warehouses are not located in the same place as their call centers. Yoox is not a store that provides help. It provides dirt cheap prices and poor product descriptions. It would be far easier to just buy the item and then return it if it doesn't fit. Given that shipping (and return shipping) is free most of the time, it will only cost you the $5 return fee.
