Whether or not you find it necessary or attractive, this shirt sure has a lot of "hand embellishment." Fit is slim and the fabric is very nice, while the collar is over the top: - Collar - Shoulders - Sleeve heads - Sleeve arms - Sides - Placket - Gusset Pics:

Looks nice. Is it bespoke?

Nice shirt. Wonder how long it would last in the washing machine?

I like the collar. Isn't this the higher end Barba line?

It would definitely be on the gentle cycle, yes? And with only clothes of similar fabric? I wouldn't know, but I'd like to see it tested. Were they not able to match the fabric on the sleeve heads?

for hand-made shirts, I do hand-wash.

What stores sell these shirts in the United States? I have only seen them online through shopthefinest, and I don't recall ever seeing them in person. Nor have I seen these anywhere in Europe. There are a couple pleasing patterns available in my size through shop the finest, but the chest size (44") isn't that slim for a 15" neck.

I believe they are over € 279 here (so well over $ 400)

There is a online German retailer that sells them on ebay now and then: http://stores.ebay.de/NAPOLIOUTLETSTORE

And, believe it or not,
http://cgi.ebay.de/BUONAMASSA-NAPOLI...sid=p1638.m122

New and thus a steal for that price!!! If is was my size it would be gone :-)

Ian at World's Finest also sells a few for the mid to high $100s. I bought one. Concur that oodles of hand-work and lovely fabric.

Really nice shirt! If there's one thing I take away from Kabbaz, though, it's that the gusset should, nay, must be exposed and cleanly finished.
