I think he mainly does MTM. As he does own the former Cheshire Clothing (which was the manufacturing arm of the former Chester Barrie) he likely has some good quality stuff being made up.

Does anyone have any more experience with Lutwyche suits? Their shop has recently come to my attention: apparently it's the only handmade RTW suit maker in England.
