This was a gift from my boss. I kept it for a few months before I just sold it.
It is pretty solid. Made in USA. You can't beat the quality.
If I needed a sterling silver money clip I would buy a...
I just picked this up and I am pretty pleased. Just what I expected.
I am pleased with the Bark. However, I wish it was a little darker.
A great deal for $35. Comparable to other belts in the...
I am a thin build girl with skinny hip and bums, I normally wear a size 25 in Paige denim, and thought I give the selvedge raw a try. The 24 of New Standard is too bulky in the high waist leg,...
Lotta good suggestions here that may effect some improvement, but as one of the most knowledgeable old iron men I ever knew said, "You mostly get forearms and calves from your grandfather!"
Back when I was training harder, I would have loved to have had knarled 16 1/2 inch forearms. Nothing (that you can display in public anyway) looks more virile, IMO. I never came close though. Building up the upper arms is far, far easier.
^+1 to that. Those can be the two most frustrating bodyparts for anyone to build up. Heavy deadlifts, farmer's walks, and food would add some size to your forearms. If you want to do grippers, get the real ones, not those stupid squish balls: http://www.flexcart.com/members/elit...r&x=0&y=0&m=SR
When I played ice hockey in college, the best thing I did for my shot was a little device I made from products at home. It added extra muscle to my forearms and strengthened my wrists. Here's what to do... Take a stick and put a screw in the middle of it. Now tie string/rope to it, and at the other end, tie weights or milk jugs filled with water. Now have the stick out in front of you with arms extended and start rolling the weights up the stick. I did this every morning and night. I also found that wrist curls right after hammer curls work great as well. Good luck.
