carrying heavy stuff deadlifts will build em up and make em strong so will reverse grip curls with a bar not dumb bells.

You can't bulk your actual wrist area since it's all bone, but everything tapering down to that can be built up in many different ways. If you do lift weights, using a thicker handle on everything will punish your grip while you do your regular routine.

with your hands at your sides, palms facing in, hold a 45 lbs plate in each hand, just by the first joint of your fingers with the fists relaxed. close the fists, bringing the plates up to touch your palm. repeat as much as you can. if you have to, start with smaller weight plates.

For the purposes of a watch, at least having big forearms and hands will make a regular sized watch look less ridiculous. You'll never be able to wear a 60mm Panerai arm-clock without looking like a tool, though.

Indeed. Thus, eat food AND lift weights.

Also, exercising the tendons/ligaments/whatever through there, does, IIRC, thicken them slightly.

Beefing up forearm only is as ridiculous as women beefing up their boobs only.
Its a total workout that would make your forearms bigger, by doing things like barbell curls and exercises that use your arms.

However if you still want to beef up one part of your body to the exclusion of others, please do wrist and forearm curls.

best way is to get a piece of wood, attatch a weight of your choice(youd probably use a pound
laugh.gif
). put a groove in the middle of the wood, attatch a string to the weight, and the wood. put ur arms out straight and roll and unroll it until your forearms fall off.
