Beefing up forearm only is as ridiculous as women beefing up their boobs only.
Its a total workout that would make your forearms bigger, by doing things like barbell curls and exercises that use your arms.
However if you still want to beef up one part of your body to the exclusion of others, please do wrist and forearm curls.
