About the shirts: middle-weight cotton, blue block check pattern, medium spread collar, button cuff. (I'll take photos and measurements for those seriously interested.)
The sizes I recall for sure: 16, 16.5, 17, and 17.5. It seems likely that 15 and/or 15.5 are there, too.
