Sore arm from Jogging.

I've been jogging lately and around the 17 min mark, my right arm gets really sore.

It's from the shoulder down and its only my right arm. I am right handed, but there's gotta be some kind of explanation for this.

keep your arm loose. Don't clench your fist when you run. The same thing used to happen to me.

also keep your shoulders down, a lot of times we subconsciously raise our shoulders. drop your arms and shake them out every now and then.

Yup its a posture issue. Just keep your arms loose and not robotic at 90%.
You find you can run longer this way.

aaronxxx is probably right. most of the time when somebody first starts running, their shoulder muscles will naturally tense. keep an eye out for this and youll be fine

+1 to pretty much all of whats said above. Also make sure to be hydrated, although that shouldn't be a problem at 17 mins.

my arn is constantly stiff and tender. I lean on it so it goes numb or sometimes treat it with microwaved melon.
