hey, what type of hair product should I use if I want strong hold, but no shine at all.

Matte Fiber Creme. As always I am going to suggest my favorite Gatsby Moving Rubber: Spikey Edge. Nice matte finish, strong but flexible hold.

Gatsby Moving Rubber Series is good. I dont know what style you are going for but i recommend getting each color and experimenting with that before you find one that you would like to stick to. webichi.com is a good place to look for them.
