Has anybody ever had swan meat?

Mafoofan's wedding banquet post had me thinking about swan meat, and by extension peacock meat.

I know that Middle-Eastern weddings often have peacock and swan meats--rather costly, I imagine.

I've had some exotic meats and seen a lot on menu's, I've never seen either peacock or swan.

I don't know about swan meat, but I know goose meat is the way to go; a better tasting duck.
