I have a custom-made 3-button peak lapel suit in charcoal from Centofanti's Custom Tailoring in Ardmore, Pennsylvania. Joseph Centofanti is something of a Philadelphia tailoring legend and he has a reputation as one of the better custom tailors in America outside of New York. I trust some of the good folk here on Style Forum can back me up on this.
Here's a recent National Public Radio piece about Centofanti. Centofanti's custom-made suits start at a cost of around $2600.

The suit is marked from the year 2000 and shows almost no sign of wear. It has also been freshly dry cleaned. It features fully functioning buttonholes, hand stitching and has the following measurements (I would guess that it is comparable in sizing to a suit somewhere in the 44-46R range.):
Jacket
Shoulder - 18.75 inches
Chest - 47
Waist - 46.5
Length from the bottom of collar - 30.25
Total length - 32
Sleeves - 23.5
The sleeves could probably be safely taken out a half inch, but no more since the buttons are functional.
This jacket is ventless.
Pants:
Waist - 40 inches
Outseam - 39
Inseam - 28
Front Rise - 12.5
Rear Rise - 16.75
These pants are double pleated, cuffed and could be let out by one inch.
Full disclosure: There is a very small hole in the crotch of the pants near the bottom of the zipper. This could be mended or rewoven very easily although it is probably unnoticeable when worn. Please see picture for closeup detail.
I am pricing this at $275, plus shipping, which will be determined by the buyer's location.
This is a chance to own an extremely nice bespoke garment and a piece of Philadelphia tailoring history at a very affordable price!
Please PM me with any questions or requests for additional information.
Thanks for looking!
