How come the threadcount is not listed on any of the selections on their site? Does anyone know anything more about this?

Is it somebody who own this and wants to sell?

This was a gift from my boss. I kept it for a few months before I just sold it. It is pretty solid. Made in USA. You can't beat the quality. If I needed a sterling silver money clip I would buy a...

I just picked this up and I am pretty pleased. Just what I expected. I am pleased with the Bark. However, I wish it was a little darker. A great deal for $35. Comparable to other belts in the...

because threadcount doesn't really matter. you can buy 400 tc sheets at walmart that feel like burlap. Frette makes great stuff and are stocked by many 4 star hotels, they are not yrting to get into a pissing match over thread count with makers of second and third rate sheets.
Umm no.
Frette offers various thread counts that you can see at retail stores. Some of their really high end stuff is rather high thread count. I just want to know what I'm buying. There's a difference between their hotel line (like 300tc), (which I owned) and their more exclusive collections.

iirc the hotel collection was only 200tc. Their "regular" stuff is mostly 600. Maybe they go higher now, but i kinda doubt it. Tc matters, but it's not everything (not even close). My current 450 sheets feel better than higher tc sheets i've had in the past. I don't recommend buying online.

Yea the problem is im currently in a city where sheets are a luxury period, much less good ones.
The hotel collection on bluefly said 300 but whatever, I don't think it's important. They feel decent in any case, and the sheets at the W and Four Seasons (one of them uses Anichini I think?) are all around 200-300 and feel great to me. I think a lot of 600 thread count are simply folded twice over.
