I'm a little bigger and its hard to find Nudies and such in size 38-40, but I lucked out and found some TYO's Raw Selvedge Basics in size 40 (38 would fit better) for half off tax included. I jumped on it but they are a baggier cut than I normally wear. They fit well around the waist and hip but get baggy around the legs. My question is will I get a similar fade effect that you get with other Raw jeans with using the same process? Here are some pic I took with my phone to help.

With baggier jeans it's very hard to get honeycombs. But, other than that it should fade the same way.

fat people have worn straight leg regular jeans since the 1800s, get over it and just get some regular jeans, not some 13" hem. stop hiding the fatt

Wow. I'm sorry but that's just terrible. Why bother getting something that baggy?

Edit: Plus those back pockets are ridiculously oversized?

But I want Selvedge and Raw I have plenty of other designer jeans but this is very hard to find. Believe me I've been searching for a year and half. When Ikon reopens in Sac I'll see if I can special order a pair. The Up Against the Wall near me gets a lot of PRPS and Raw Levi but the PRPS are never Raw Selvedge and the Levi's stop at a size 36.

BTW: I'm not a Mod, Rocker or Mocker. I'm into Hip Hop where TYO is King.

Nudie isn't the only brand for raw jeans. APCs are available at size 36. APC Rescue are usually recommended sized down 3. There are plenty Japanese raw jeans that go 40+. http://blueingreensoho.com/

Actually..
We carry pretty much only Japanese brands that only make selvedge jeans, and almost every single one of them goes up to 38, and a few even up to 40, AND we carry almost every Nudie cut in raw denim up to size 38..
So if you're looking for something else...
