Karim--- That'd be classic. The baby could grow up to be a beet farmer!

Last episode ever of Scrubs is tonight. I'm pretty sad! I loved that show and have seen every episode. Not to mention the GD writer's strike made this season only have a total of like 11 episodes.

Disappointing. The final episode of a series should capture all the quintessential properties of the series, IMO, this one didn't. It barely even took place in the hospital, didn't wrap anything up, it wasn't that funny...just not how you should end 7 years of an audience getting to know and love the characters, which is sort of what the show hangs its hat on. Oh well. This is all assuming that it is, indeed, the series finale. There have been a lot of talks about ABC picking up the final dozen or so episode that are probably written but not filmed. The Scrubs page on NBC's website is only referring to it as the season finale, so here's hoping. That would go a long way in explaining the awkward conclusion, which makes a lot more sense as a stepping stone towards the inevitable feel-good ending to the Elliot/JD will-they-won't-they than as a series ender.

Agreed. I didn't HATE the episode as a king of theme episode on the middle of a season, but for the season finale, let alone the freakin SERIES finale, it was terrible and left everything open. Some of the jokes were good, but 90% were lame. The Office tonight for the most part sucked too. Disappionting night.

P.S. that'd be sweet if ABC picked up the last few eps.

Top Gear. I think I would trade in every other TV series if I could watch a new TG every night.

Gossip Girl
Ugly Betty (which has gotten really lame).
Living With the Kombai Tribe
Man v Wild
Top Chef

This season seems MUCH different from the previous ones. I've noticed the camera seems to be in everyone's face instead of the "higher end" wide shots of the entire set from previous seasons. Just gives off a cheesy feel.

Started watching The Wire on DVD. Why that show has not been the hit of the Emmy Awards is beyond me. I'm up to S3 now.

agreed.

although i have to watch lost, the office, and scrubs. so if those were the only 4 shows on tv i would be cool with that.

honorable mention to entourage and dexter (way underrated)

Entourage is good and I find it very entertaining.

Still tossing out props to The Wire. The show has received no love from the Emmy folks, seems to have had a limited audience, and is not well known. It is just a great, critty drama series though IMO.
