I agree completely, besides we're talking about a Modena 360, while it's an amazing car....it's not the same as if he did this to something far more rare like a 62' Ferrari GTO, or 57' GT California (of which they filed an actual lawsuit against the company that created the replia used in Ferris Bueller's Day Off)

The limo guy will probably win - first sale doctrine is pretty established in the UK.

Ferrari will have to start shrinkwrapping the cars with software-type licenses.

I just watched Ferris Bueller's Day off on the weekend. I was wondering if it was a real Ferrari or not, especially when the greasy valet guy catches air in it.
