RLPL and RLX belts

I have three belts to for sale. One is RLX, other two are identical RLPL. Price include shipping.

First is the RLPL, dark brown, Made In Italy. Slightly slimmer width (see measurents). Features unique genuine siler buckle. Measures 44.5" total length X 1" wide. Reatils $275, asking $60.







Next is the RLX, brown, Made in ITaly. Has a nice solid brass shiny buckle.
Measures 44.5" total length X 1.5" wide. Retails for $225, Asking $60.

I like the purple label one. What size waist would it fit. Does it have holes, or does the buckle work in a different way?
