Do you exfoliate or use a facial scrub/wash? If not try doing so in the morn and before bed.
I had them all my life until a few years ago when I was 50. They disappeared at the same time old age spots started appearing.
I wish I was kidding. Those sheets that you wet and apply to your face and then peel off when dry worked well for me. Also, as gross as this sounds - and there's no shortage of that around here
- wash your hands and face and squeeze out as many as you can with fingertips. I had them when my skin was young and greasy and when middle aged and dry. There's no winning. You just have to take 'em out.

you may need to buy an extraction tool (tweezerman sells one) and combine that with a clay masque once a week (anthony logistics red clay mask is a good bet)
the extraction will help clean out the existing blackheads but with pores, they'll clog up again and you'll get blackheads back so the key is to use a masque, which, over time, will help reduce your blackhead issue - it may take many months but a once a week masquing will slowly see a reduction in blackheads

do this. the extraction tool allows you to remove blackheads and whiteheads without damaging your skin. i also use the clay mask from AL, but I use it twice a week.

All the above are good recommendations. Use the extraction tool and the nose pore pack. They have been some products out on the market that claims to dissolve the blackheads or scrub them away but those ain't effective because they only treat the surface area.
It might also help to get a toner, mask and facial wash for oily skin to remove excess oil and close up the pores. Consistent use will reduce, but not eliminate blackheads. Strangely, I have found that by consuming more vegetables and less oily foods seem to reduce sebum production.

I used to get them bad along with pimples when I was on prednisone, many years ago.
What worked best for me was a good soap and water scrub in the morning and afternoon, and using OxyPads afterwards. Squeeze out as many as you can normally with clean hands, and try to keep your skin dry and clean all the time. Like said above, they come from a buildup of sebum oils, keeping your face constantly clean will help keep them from building up as bad.

Hi! I have also faced the same problem but then one of my friends told me about the online guide that has good ways to treat acne scars which I used as they were natural acne treatments and I tell you...it really made me feel better. Now everything is fine. I will suggest you also that try it and your problem will also get solved.

How old are you? I wouldn't normally ask, but it does factor into potential options.
I would suggest researching a family of drugs called retinoids. Tretinoin (Retin-A in the US) is, as I understand it, a relatively routine prescription for dermatologists to dispense. Isotretinoin (Accutane) is a much more serious drug, but generally deals with all acne-related problems.
Honestly, your best bet is to go talk to your dermatologist about these options. Taking a bit of time to see the doctor is better than spending a ton of time worrying about it and hoping various OTC treatments will solve it.
