A-ha! I couldn't recall, but after a little digging, I found my receipt. The 105 was $448 and the 111 was $864 including CA sales tax. The MM website lists 3 US dealers, so you might contact them for more up-to-date-pricing, but this should at least give you a ballpark.

BTW, the dealer I worked with said that MM was able to do some customization of size. They can't make them any wider, but then can make them narrower if desired, such as to fit a particular space. I know this because I initially wanted to see if they could make the 111 wider, but they said no since the design doesn't have a center vertical support. So, I opted for the 111 and 105 as a pair.
