Design an HTML auction template for me - will pay $

I need a new HTML template for my Ebay auctions. I want a clean layout with a more professional appearance and improved tables.

I will need 7 or 8 individual templates based on the same master format for each item type I sell (Suit, tie, shoes, etc). Minor variations on the tables for measurements, styling, etc.

Here are examples of my current format:

I will either pay you in cash, or give you a merchandise credit for 2x the value of the agreed upon cash payment.

I like your current layout. It is very clean and simple to me, but it's good that you are trying to make it even better.

I received a few PMs but never heard back from the replies I sent. I still need someone to do this project for me, I have pretty solid ideas of what I want and can provide sketches and examples of similar sites.
